This guide is a quick and easy way to have your device setup and ready for your first swim.

Swimmers cannot sync workouts without a valid subscription. There are multiple ways to add a license to a swimmers account:
‍

1. Team Purchased Licenses: A simple way to get your entire team setup that requires you to invite each swimmer to claim a license.
   Refer to our License Setup Guide
2. Parent or Guardian Purchased: A flexible way for teams to get their swimmers upgraded to Phlex is recommending the Individual Membership to be purchased on their own.
   Refer to our Parent Setup Guide
3. Swimmer Purchased Device: If the swimmer purchases the device with the same email they setup an account with, their license is already active and auto assigned.

Our Team Setup video does a great job of walking you through each step of how to setup your team including account creation, linking swimmers, and more.

Coach accounts are always free. Visit our sign up page for the Pro Platform and verify your email to begin setting up your team.

The Access Management section of settings is where you can invite other coaches to have access to the organization. Simply invite them using their email and they're in.
‍

The AthleteManagement section of settings is where you can invite swimmers to share their swim data with you. Invite them using the email they've used to create their profile, confirm they accept the invite, and their workouts should sync in your dashboard anytime they sync.
‍

Coaches are a great help to athletes during the Phlex setup process. Remember that goggle worn technology like Phlex is a brand new experience, so it might take multiple workouts for swimmers to comfortably wear, sync, and understand the benefits of Phlex

1. Find a comfortable fit for your tracker by exploring the included goggle clips, under or over the cap and more.
