How to Resolve Polar Syncing Issues with the Phlex Swim App

Having issues syncing your Polar device with the Phlex Swim App? Follow this step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and overcome these issues:

Step 1: Close and Reopen the Phlex Swim App

If you don't see the sync button pop up from the main feed view, your first step should be to force close the Phlex Swim App. You typically can do this by swiping the app up and out of your open apps dock on any mobile operating system.

Open the app again and check if the sync button is now visible.

Step 2: Check Device Pairing in Settings

If you still don't see the sync button, navigate to settings -> Device management. Check if the Polar device is listed as paired with the Phlex Swim App.

Step 3: Unpair and Repair the Polar Device

If the Polar device is not listed as paired, or if you still can't sync, remove the Polar device from the Phlex app in the Device Management section. Then reconnect the device.

Step 4: Ensure the Polar Flow App Is Not Running in the Background

The Polar Flow app may interfere with the Bluetooth connection if it's running in the background.
