Syncing with Polar Flow
Experiencing an error in our software that requests you to update your Polar device? Look no further than this handy guide to get everything sorted.
Step 2: Connect Your Polar Device to Your Computer using the USB charger
Next, connect your Polar device to your computer using the device's charger. Once connected, sync your Polar device with the Polar Flow software.
Step 3: If you've never paired your Polar device...
You will be prompted to login to Polar and register your device with a profile. Though Phlex doesn't utilize Polar Flow for any data, we do encourage users to establish a profile with Polar for more streamlined customer support and device warranty registration.
Step 3: Sync device and update (if available)
A simple Sync button is all it takes to get your device up to date. If a software update is available that will be installed through this dialog as well.
Step 4: Unplug & Re-Pair Device with Phlex App
Finally, you are only able to sync and pair your device with the Phlex Swim app while the Polar Verity Sense tracker is OFF the charger. Whlie on the charger, we are limited at the amount of data that can be paired.
Please ensure your device is OFF the charger, turned on, and reads as CONNECTED in the Device Management setting screen in the Phlex Swim app.
If you don't see it connecting, please remove the device and re-pair it from the Device Management setting screen.
Your device should now be ready for additional training sessions.
